It does wonders for back pain and brain freeze. Collect shells or sea glass or just wander. The sounds of waves crashing on the shore, sea gulls fluttering above and pelicans diving for their dinner are comforting too. An hour into your walk, you are starving and ready to stop at the Casey Key Fish House for lunch or the new deli on Blackburn Point Road.
